Keluarga yang Adil Hidup Sejahtera
Nilai: Keadilan

Fairness gives each person reasonable rights, opportunities and responsibilities while considering age, ability and need. A family can discuss before deciding so that no one is favoured unfairly. Example: siblings take turns using a computer, while an adult handles a heavy task. Watch out: fair does not always mean exactly identical; the arrangement must be reasonable.
Bahagikan Barang Secara Saksama
Items that can be shared should be divided reasonably. When one person has a special need, explain why the shares differ so everyone understands. Example: each person receives one piece of fruit, but prescribed medicine goes only to the ill relative. Watch out: keeping the largest share for yourself is favouritism, not fairness.
The items are identical and the number of siblings matches the number of items. Look for an arrangement that gives everyone a reasonable share without unexplained favouritism. Example: three equal materials can be given one to each of three children. Watch out: do not decide fairness only by who reaches the items first.
Bahagikan Kerja Mengikut Kemampuan
Fair division lets everyone contribute while respecting age and safety. Tasks do not have to be identical; the workload should be reasonable. Example: a younger child arranges cushions, an older child wipes the table and a parent moves heavy furniture. Watch out: giving dangerous tools to a young child is not fair even if everyone has a task.
Keluarga hendak membersihkan ruang tamu. Pembahagian manakah paling adil?
Judge the division by checking whether everyone contributes, whether each task matches the person's ability and whether it is safe. Example: a child sorts toys while an adult handles heavy objects. Watch out: an equal number of tasks is not automatically fair because difficulty and danger must also be considered.
Gunakan Kemudahan Secara Bergilir
When a shared item is limited, agree on the order and time before using it, then pass it to the next person as promised. Example: an older sister uses a tablet for thirty minutes and then gives it to her brother. Watch out: repeatedly extending your own turn removes another person's opportunity and becomes unfair.
There is only one shared computer, so choose a method that gives both children an opportunity and follows the agreement. Example: set twenty minutes each and switch when the time ends. Watch out: promising to take turns but refusing to pass the item on time is still unfair.
Hargai Semua Ahli Keluarga
Kita berlaku adil apabila mendengar pendapat, mengucapkan tahniah dan memberi perhatian tanpa memilih orang kegemaran. Setiap ahli keluarga berhak dihormati.
Fairness also appears in attention, listening and encouragement. Each relative's effort deserves recognition. Example: when both an older brother and sister improve, congratulate both sincerely. Watch out: ignoring one person's effort simply because another relative is your favourite can make the excluded person feel unvalued.
Abang dan kakak sama-sama memenangi pertandingan. Apakah tindakan adil?
Both relatives achieved something, so identify the action that does not favour one person. Example: congratulate each of them and ask about both competition experiences. Watch out: fairness is not merely repeating identical words; it means giving each person sincere attention and recognition.
Keadilan Membina Kepercayaan
Reasonable arrangements reduce feelings of exclusion and help relatives trust shared decisions. Clear responsibilities and turns also support cooperation. Example: after agreeing on a household schedule, everyone knows the assigned task. Watch out: fairness cannot remove every disagreement, but it gives the family a common principle for resolving one.
Apakah kesan apabila keluarga membahagikan tanggungjawab dengan adil?
Look for a result that improves cooperation, trust and the atmosphere at home. Fair division clarifies responsibility and reduces blame. Example: when everyone completes a suitable task, cleaning proceeds more smoothly. Watch out: a fair arrangement does not remove each person's responsibility to complete the agreed work.
Tenang Apabila Berlaku Adil
Contoh: Ravi berasa lega selepas membahagikan bahan projek mengikut persetujuan semua adik-beradiknya.
A person may feel peaceful, proud or happy when an arrangement respects everyone's rights. Example: after dividing project materials according to a shared agreement, everyone can participate and Ravi feels relieved. Watch out: if someone still feels the arrangement is unreasonable, listen and discuss again instead of ending the conversation because you feel pleased.
Connect the feeling to the positive result of a fair action. When each person's rights are respected, the person may reasonably feel happy, peaceful or proud. Example: after everyone receives a turn, feel pleased that no one was excluded. Watch out: the chosen feeling must match the outcome described in the question.
Pelan Giliran Keluarga
Pilih satu kemudahan atau tugas keluarga. Tulis siapa terlibat, kemampuan setiap orang, tempoh giliran dan cara menyemak semula keputusan. Terangkan mengapa pelan itu adil.
Contoh: Komputer: kakak 4.00–4.30 petang, adik 4.30–5.00 petang; tukar masa hanya selepas berbincang.
List the people involved, their needs and abilities before assigning time or tasks. Add a way to review the arrangement if circumstances change. Example: each sibling uses the shared computer for thirty minutes and may swap only after discussion. Watch out: record no private family details and never assign a dangerous task to a child.
Family fairness covers belongings, opportunities, responsibilities and treatment. Share reasonably, assign work by ability, follow turns and avoid favouritism. Example: agree on a household schedule and review it together when circumstances change. Watch out: a fair decision should have a clear reason and remain open to respectful discussion.
