Pilih aktiviti = 选活动
设计一个早上或下午的时间表，先选几个适合的活动，包括开始、活动、休息和结束。活动要适合那个时段。例子：星期六早上安排4项：起床、早餐、扫地、看书。注意：下午的时间表不要放早餐，活动要配合时段。

Pilih aktiviti = choose activities
To plan one morning or afternoon, first choose a few suitable activities, including a start, the activities, a rest and an end. Each activity must fit that part of the day. Example: a Saturday morning plan could have 4 parts: wake up, eat breakfast, sweep the floor and read a book. Watch out: breakfast does not belong in an afternoon plan.

waktu munasabah = 合理的时间
每个活动要在前一个活动之后开始，也要留够时间做完。时间要一直往后走，不能倒回去。例子：8:00 开始画画，画30分钟到 8:30；再休息15分钟，到 8:45。注意：活动不要排得太挤，5分钟吃不完早餐。

waktu munasabah = sensible time
Each activity must start after the one before it and have enough time to finish. Times should move forward, never backward. Example: start drawing at 8:00 and draw for 30 minutes until 8:30, then rest for 15 minutes until 8:45. Watch out: do not squeeze activities too tightly; five minutes is not enough to eat breakfast.

Ceritakan jadual = 讲出时间表
用完整的句子按顺序说时间和活动，例如 Pada pukul 8:00 pagi, saya bersarapan。每一句都要有时间和活动。例子：先说九点一刻看书，下一句的时间就要比 9:15 晚。注意：按时间先后说，不要跳来跳去。

Ceritakan jadual = tell the schedule
Use full sentences to say each time and activity in order, such as Pada pukul 8:00 pagi, saya bersarapan. Every sentence needs both a time and an activity. Example: Pada pukul 9:15 pagi, saya membaca buku; the next sentence must use a time later than 9:15. Watch out: tell the plan in time order without jumping back and forth.
